Tools

These are the tools your AI can call once Pacing Tools is connected. You never call them yourself. Your AI reads your question and picks the ones it needs. Every tool only reads, so nothing your AI does can change your data.

Dates are days like 2026-09-29. When a tool takes a number of days, it counts back from today.

Everything you brought in, from your watch, from files or from a Strava export, however far back it goes.
